Coaching is a process in which a coach helps individuals to build self-awareness, find clarity, identify their goals, overcome obstacles, and make positive changes in their lives. Coaching is proactive, present and future focused, and creates amazing results!
In a coaching session, you can expect to be challenged and respected. We meet you where you are at and help you get where you want to be. We use techniques to help you gain perspective, expand your perceived choices, and see beyond your current limitations.
We discuss your goals, challenges, and strategies for overcoming obstacles. Your coach will provide guidance, support, and accountability to help you achieve your goals.
The length of a coaching program depends on the individual and their goals. We meet as often as the client needs. Some clients prefer weekly meetings while others find bimonthly meetings better suit their lifestyle. It is recommended to commit to a minimum of three months for effective change to occur. Some programs may last three months, while others may last a year or more. We have may clients who return as needed when a new challenge arises.
